Why we use cookies
Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies help PropertyBin stay signed in securely, remember filters, measure performance, and (only with consent where required) understand how the product is used. We prefer first-party tools where practical so data stays under our control.

Categories
Essential
Required for security, load balancing, consent storage, CSRF/session integrity, and core features such as login and form protection. These cannot be switched off in the preference centre without breaking the site.
Preferences (functional)
Remember choices like recent city, map vs list view, saved compare sets in the browser, collapsed UI state, or “install app” prompts so you do not reconfigure the experience on every visit.
Analytics & performance
Help us see aggregate traffic, errors, and Core Web Vitals (for example LCP, INP, CLS) so we can improve speed and reliability. When our consent banner is active, non-essential analytics — including our first-party Web Vitals beacon — wait for your choice. IP addresses used for diagnostics are handled carefully (for example hashing) where that pipeline is enabled.
Marketing (if enabled)
Used only if we run optional campaigns or remarketing tags and only according to the preference you set. We do not sell personal information to data brokers. Social “share” buttons that open another site are controlled by that site’s policies once you leave PropertyBin.
