Coverage and freshness vary by market. Not every Canadian listing appears here.
- Professionals who publish or claim profiles and inventory.
- Licensed or permitted feeds where agreements allow.
- Public or partner directories used to improve discovery.
- Optional neighbourhood or affordability context from models and open data.
- User reports submitted through contact.
User-generated content
Profiles, remarks, photos, and reviews are supplied by people and firms on the platform.
- Authors remain responsible for accuracy and licensing of what they post.
- We may hide or correct content that violates terms or is reported as wrong.
- UGC is not an official registry extract.
Timing limits
Price, status, photos, and remarks can change between the last update and the moment you open a page.
- Map pins and “similar homes” can lag or simplify attributes.
- Confirm status and price with the listing brokerage before an offer or travel.
- Calculators and valuation helpers are educational models, not appraisals.
Report an error
There is no separate listing-report form yet — use Contact with the page URL or property ID.
- Say what looks wrong (price, status, photo, contact, map pin).
- We correct or escalate where we control the record.
- Pros can usually update their own inventory from the portal after approval.

PropertyBin is an information platform. We are not a real estate brokerage, MLS® system, lender, or law firm. We do not certify surveyed measurements, legal title, or board membership. Final verification rests with the listing brokerage, the professional you hire, and public registries.

Is every listing live?
No. Feeds and user updates can lag. Always confirm price and status with the listing brokerage.
Are calculators official quotes?
No. Mortgage, tax, land-transfer, and cash-flow tools are educational models. They are not appraisals or lender commitments.
How do I fix my own listing?
Verified professionals edit inventory from the account portal. Consumers should use Contact with the page URL.
