What a strong listing needs
Accurate address and status, clear photos, honest remarks, and price context. Incomplete pages get skipped.
Performance mindset
Watch inquiries and views where metrics exist. Update photos and remarks when the market or the home changes.
Listing checklist
Use this before you publish. None of it is legal advice — just what shoppers typically need to take a listing seriously.
- Address and status — city, unit if any, and For Sale (or the right status) so search can find it.
- Photos — daylight shots of every main room; skip blurry or heavily filtered images.
- Facts — beds, baths, parking, square footage, and property type as you know them.
- Price context — asking price plus a short note if something unusual affects value.
- Remarks — honest highlights and known issues. Over-claiming wastes everyone’s time.
- How to inquire — a reachable contact or a licensed agent on the listing.
FAQ
Do I have to use an agent to list?
No. You can create an account and list from your dashboard. Many sellers still prefer a licensed agent for pricing, showings, and paperwork.
Does listing here cost money?
Consumer listing tools are available from your account. Professional plans and extra visibility products are described on Pricing. We do not set agent commissions.
When will buyers see my listing?
After it is published with a searchable address and status. Incomplete drafts stay private until you finish the required fields.
Can PropertyBin sell the home for me?
No. We are a marketplace. Offers, conditions, and closing happen between you, any agent you hire, and the other party — not through a PropertyBin brokerage.
