What “See plans on apply” means
Pro billing is reviewed with your application (market, seat count, and features). A single public rate card is not published unless package config is present. You can still start a pro application; billing is confirmed before paid features are activated.

FAQ
Do I need a card to create an account?
No. Consumer accounts are free. Pro billing is arranged after verification when paid features apply.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Paid access follows the term confirmed on apply. We do not surprise-charge a consumer account. Contact support or your success contact to change or end a paid plan.
Who pays — agent, brokerage, or consumer?
Shoppers never pay to search or use public tools. Individual agents typically apply for their own Pro seat. Agencies and builders may hold an org plan that covers a roster.
Are there seats for a team?
Team packaging is scoped on apply (roster size, branding, lead routing). There is no public seat calculator until package config publishes one.
Provincial tax?
Quoted amounts, when published, are in CAD before applicable GST/HST/PST. Final tax is shown on invoice for your province.
Is there a trial?
Apply first. Portal modules depend on approval and the plan we confirm with you — we will not invent a free-trial length here.
