- Honest questions and messages about properties or services.
- Reporting problems through support instead of public pile-ons.
Not allowed
- Harassment, hate, or threats in messages or public text.
- Scams, advance-fee schemes, fake ownership claims, or impersonation.
- Listings for activity that is illegal where the property sits.
- Publishing someone else’s private contact details or documents without a lawful reason.
- For professionals: bait pricing, unlicensed practice where a licence is required, or using another firm’s branding as your own.
Consequences
We may warn, hide content, limit tools, or close an account. Action depends on what we can verify and what we control on the platform. This is not a court. Serious crime should go to the police and, for licensed pros, the relevant regulator.
