The Terms of Use still apply. This page describes extra obligations when you hold a professional account, a public directory profile, or paid Pro features. If the two conflict on a professional-only topic, this addendum is the more specific description of product rules — it is not a negotiated contract and has not been certified by outside counsel.
Keep login credentials to people authorized by your brokerage or firm. Do not share a Pro session to inflate roster size. You are responsible for activity under your account, including staff you invite where organization tools exist.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and licensing of listings, photos, remarks, prices, and status you publish or claim. PropertyBin is an information platform, not a brokerage or MLS® system. Confirm board, CREA, and provincial advertising rules before you post. We may hide or correct content that violates terms or is reported as wrong.
Inquiries routed through PropertyBin are intended for the professional or organization they were sent to. Do not scrape, resell, or blast leads without a lawful basis and the consent your regulator and CASL require. CRM notes and exports are your records; handle them under your firm’s privacy program. No scraping of the directory or listing corpus, no fake verification claims, no impersonation of another licensee, and no use of calculators or AI helpers as official appraisals or legal opinions. Marketing Hub and shareable tools must follow the same advertising rules that apply off-platform.
You grant PropertyBin a licence to host and display content you upload so the public pages and portal can function. You keep ownership of your materials. You must have rights to photos, floor plans, and marks you publish. PropertyBin marks stay with PropertyBin.
We may suspend a professional account that fails verification, abuses leads, or repeatedly publishes inaccurate inventory. You may close a Pro seat through support or the path confirmed on apply. Consumer Terms cover survival of licences, privacy, and liability clauses.
