PropertyBin is an information marketplace. We want listings and professional profiles to be usable and not actively harmful. We do not claim 24/7 human moderation, guaranteed fraud detection, or that every listing is independently verified before it appears.
Account security basics
- Use a unique password and keep your email current so reset links reach you.
- Treat unexpected payment or wire instructions as a red flag — confirm offline with the brokerage on the listing.

Listing and profile integrity
Professionals publish or claim their own inventory and profiles. Data can lag. See Data sources & listing accuracy for how information reaches the site and what we cannot promise.
We may limit or remove content when a report is substantiated and we control the record. We cannot rewrite a third-party feed or a brokerage’s own listing system.
Reporting abuse
Use this for: fake or stolen listing photos, impersonation, harassment in messages, scam outreach that cites PropertyBin, or a profile that is not the person or firm it claims to be.
Include the page URL or profile slug, what is wrong, and any supporting detail. Reports go to support — they are not an emergency service and we do not publish investigation outcomes.

What we can and cannot do
- Can: review a report, hide or correct on-platform content we control, limit an account that repeatedly breaks the community guidelines.
- Cannot: police off-platform deals, guarantee a listing is still available, or act as a regulator or police service.
